# Proposed usage and support policy Internal pre-branding product policy. Final customer-facing terms and support channel must be established before sales begin. Each recipient, including a free-edition recipient, may use and adapt the skills for their own work and for commissioned client deliverables. Clients can receive the resulting commissioned work. The pack, lessons, reusable skill library and source examples may not be resold, sublicensed or publicly reuploaded as a competing product. Affiliate/referral promotion would link to the eventual official product page and use separately agreed tracking/terms; it does not grant resale rights to the library. The free product is fully usable. Share its eventual official download link; do not imply the paid pack or a provider subscription is required to finish the free exercises. Proposed product support covers installation and reproducible defects in included materials. It excludes bespoke client implementation, account provisioning, unlimited revisions, provider charges and an uptime or response-time SLA. Proposed compatibility corrections cover the purchased major version for 90 days after launch. No lifetime updates or all-future-model support are promised. Third-party software and fonts remain under their respective licenses; the pack restrictions do not replace those permissions. Bundled Barlow, Barlow Condensed, Space Grotesk, DM Mono, Archivo Narrow and Libre Baskerville font notices under SIL OFL 1.1 accompany their files. Generated or adapted outputs still need the operator's factual, rights and suitability review for their actual use. No earnings, demand, client result, conversion improvement or autonomous completion is promised by the pack. These policy decisions are prepared for launch review. Payment-provider requirements, final refund/tax wording and a real support channel belong to the later commerce stage.
