A useful request gives AI a job, an audience, facts to work from, and boundaries. Try this fictional example, then adapt the brief to something you need to make.

Give it something solid to work with.

“Write a post about my service” leaves most of the job to guesswork. The brief below states what the service includes and what the model must avoid inventing. Edit any field, then copy the assembled prompt.

WORKFLOW
1. Identify any missing information that materially changes the answer. Ask at most two questions if needed.
2. Draft using only the source facts. Mark uncertain points clearly.
3. Check the draft against every source fact and constraint.
4. Return the draft, a brief verification checklist, and any unresolved questions. Do not claim the checklist proves correctness.

Inspect the answer against the source.

Try the prompt in your preferred AI chat. Then check the output yourself. An AI-generated self-check is a helpful review aid, not proof that the result is correct.

  • Are the five pages, three improvements, €90 price, and three-day turnaround unchanged?
  • Did it invent an outcome, guarantee, customer quote, or qualification?
  • Does the closing sentence ask for the website link?
  • Would the intended reader understand the offer without more explanation?

Improve one thing. Save the process.

If the facts are correct but the tone is too formal, ask for a warmer version while preserving every fact. If facts changed, correct those before polishing. Save the original brief and your final review checklist together.
